Also Glewes (x.com/NotGlewes) is really good, but may or may not fit your needs. Most of their examples are furry, but they _do_ accept human comms, so you could always ask! I think they just closed comms, but they open really frequently and is worth a DM.

I'm a HUGE fan of Danila for TTRPG styled works: x.com/Red_kd87 They open comms fairly frequently and had pretty good prices last I checked in with them (200USD Defined +100 BG, 100USD for their really sketchy style) They provide 3 sketches before moving on to detailing.

let alone the fact im starting to get distrustful of people again after two pretty big name artists basically led me on for a couple years with comms and still have yet to get them back to me, and it feels like every other comm i get is extended an extra 4-5 months over deadline.
