Shadow wants to make sure that EVERYONE knows that Churu is NOT JUST for the cats in this household. It is also for the poodle. Especially the chicken flavored ones.

Miniature poodle who is looking at me in shock that HE was not offered Churu. Soft Milk Bones are only a small consolation.

It can be difficult to activate the Roku when a void is napping in front of it.

This cat toy has been in the house for a few years, entertaining a different cat. This evening? Boots chose violence. He even dragged it through the downstairs.

My Christmas tree is up. Hopefully, the cats will leave it alone. I was going to put it so it would be seen from the outside, but decided that I wanted it more prominent for me to see. Thankfully, one of my friends gave me this ceramic tree. A child of the 70s, I always liked these things.

This morning my cat, Fluffy, was straining to pee. So, I immediately took him to an emergency vet hospital. A cursory investigation shows that he does not have a total blockage and no blood is being passed. I suspect that he will be joining Boots in the urinary S/O prescription.

I have a Golden Lights rhododendron in my yard, planted by my mother and myself 36 years ago. It's holding on, although I need to now put up a support for the trunk. It gets a lot of attention at this time, before the leaves appear. I frequently hear neighbors walking by wonder what it is.
