This is an item I found in Icewind Dales. Puppy girls/boys are legal even in older games like this.

A collar that acts as a necklace in Icewind Dales. It gives +2 to hit with melee weapons and +1 damage. It's a dog collar, complete with bone on it. It was made for animal companions but the game has none so it can be used on a character
