Gonna join this year's Inktober! Let's see how consistent I will be with all the distractions coming up for me this month. This drawing is also heavily inspired by the artist @chiakiroart on youtube. Inktober Day 01 - Apple #inktober #rkgk #art #illustration #pokemon #hydrapple

A very spontaneous entry for this months #vgenchallenge: paradise! I drew my persona in a cozy calming scene cuddling with my one of my favorite childhood pokemon arcanine. #vgen #illustration #pokemon #arcanine #starly #morelull #chimecho #art

Finally found the time to work on one of my late artfight revenges. Just need to finish the rendering and quickly start working on the second character. Dont want to push it too far back. Introducing: Riku Karasuyama; OC by: SaiKou83 on artfight! #art #rkgk #illustration #artfight #raven

"Progress" on the profile pic #commission example, but oh boi, I really don't like what I did here. Definitely got stuck in layer hell and a lot of things didn't click. But I learned from all the mistakes, and once I'm ready, I'll come back and maybe redo it. #art #miku #hatsunemiku #illustration

Finally found the time to post all my contributions for #artfight so far. Originally I wanted to include more but i havent had the time to finish 2 unoffical revenges. Sadly I didnt find any socials of the artists so i credited them on the artwork itself! #art #rkgk #angel #catgirl #dreamcatcher

Voting for last month’s #vgenchallenge is done, but results are still pending. My hopes aren't too high since there were so many incredible submissions and I didn't have time to push my design further, but I still wanted to share my process and what could’ve been 🥲 #rkgk #vgen #art

Five outfit iterations of my character design

Two different poses for the final piece. One standing in a dancing like pose on the left and one sitting next to a table on the right.

My entry for this month's #vgenchallenge: ice cream! I drew a character inspired by one of my favorite treats, spaghetti ice cream. The spaghetti-themed clothing killed me. Oh, and I'm going to start doing #commissions ! If you're interested, send me a DM! #vgen #illustration #characterdesign

Art anxiety kicked in hard for me. I was way too scared to post something. But now I joined #ArtFight with a simple character called Irene. Let's see how many attacks I'm able to do because I still wanna join #vgen's monthly challenge ^^'. #rkgk #knight #fantasy #art

Almost weekly Monday post ^^'. Welp, I will get there eventually! But here, after not beeing able to draw anything for nearly two weeks, is the rest of the study. At least this only took me like 3 hours. Not the fastest, but I will get there. #rkgk #artpractice #artstudy

Weekly Monday Post. Oh well, too much is happening currently so I didn't find the time or energy to work on the practice post from last week. But on a good note, this just took one hour to achieve and I'm pretty proud of the progress regarding my tempo and skills! #vgencode #rkgk #artpractice #art

Today I did a quick study using the new brush Marc Brunet mentioned in his Gachiakuta style analysis video. Definitely need more practice with it ^^' Additionally I want to work on my observation, lighting and rendering skills with this study! #vgencode #rkgk #drawingpractice

WeeklyArtBlog Week 13 Made it through the week by drawing at least 15 minutes a day. Also talked to an old friend who gave me some art advice, which motivated me even more. So here are some of the things I did last week. Anja design by @Z1MA777 youtube #art #viking #frog #artpractice #mouthwashing

WeeklyArtBlog Week 11+12 Still working on commissions and some personal stuff. Watched a video from Adam Duff recently where he says it's important to stay in touch with your art. His suggestion was to draw 15 minutes a day to get back into it, so I'm going to give that a go! #STP #art #frog #wizard

WeeklyArtBlog week 9+10 Working on two private commissions. Warmed up a bit in between, but that's basically it. Want to try to practice a bit more between the commissions, but it's good enough that I'm doing something with less time pressure again! #art #figuredrawing #artpractice

WeeklyArtBlog Week 8 Started small this week. Made a few solid drawings, continued with the frogs and doodled a bit. Definitely need to get back to practicing lighting. Also, Monster Hunter Wilds is out, so my art productivity is in question this week. #art #frog #artpractice #figuredrawing

WeeklyArtBlog week 6/7 Not much Art happening in those two weeks. In week 6 I was preparing for my finals. Same in week 7. Not very happy about it. Wanna get to it again in week 8. But to distract myself while studying I've been crocheting a lot more during this time. #crochet #moodeng #owl

WeeklyArtBlog - Week 5 Didn't do much this week. Continued the heads. Had trouble alternating them, so I took some ref photos and tried to recreate them the same way. No figure drawings and anatomy. Goals for next week: less goals, continue with heads and 60sec figures. #sketch #artpractice #heads

WeeklyArtBlog - Week 4 Did some 60 sec figure drawing. Felt way more comfortable. Continued the heads and prepared the next round. So the goal for next week is: Check existing heads anatomy, contiune with new heads, more 60sec figures and more anatomy in general. #sketch #artpractice #anatomy

WeeklyArtBlog - Week 3 20.1 -26.01 Didn't draw that much and even late with the post. Prepared some heads to counter "same face syndrome". Template by Lucas Peinador (www.youtube.com/c/LucasPeinador). But I think it's the little blue guy's fault that I forced into existence... #crochet #artpractice

Hello and welcome to my weekly art blog (?) I want to start drawing more regularly again after an art block/burnout. So the idea is to stop taking my art to serious and to say goodbye to the idea that everything has to be “perfect” and “finished”. Let's see where that leads. #art #sketch #sketching
