I have finally turned a corner on my long COVID recovery. I'd gone from being able to hike mountains to being unable to walk up stairs. I've been working with a personal trainer for 4 years trying to get back to where I was. Recently, I was hiking chalk cliffs without needing to stop for breath 💜

I get some of my best ideas while going to sleep and waking up. Been taking a lot of inputs on pricing for Mima, most of it contradictory. But this morning, after digesting all those inputs, Brain was like, "let's make open networks free, closed ones need a subscription after a long free period."

"How do you build an app with AI?" I doodle a lot. And talk a lot with people and models about what the best architectural approach is. I put the doodles and the ideas into a backlog of issues. They get grouped by feature. When they hit critical mass, I work with a group of agents overnight
