New data: The Community Clinician W1 Final Public Use File (PUF) is available now through NACDA. For the CC survey, NDWS continued data collection from the W1 sample, recruiting over 1,800 more respondents. Nursing Home and Assisted Living PUFs are coming soon. ndws.org

In addition to surveys of the paid dementia care workforce, NDWS conducts follow-up surveys with some previous respondents to learn if they are still in their job and why. Follow-up respondent data will be included in Wave 2 data released early this summer.

The 4,699 respondents of the NDWS Wave 1 survey of community clinicians represent a national sample of nearly 500,000 clinicians who provide care to Medicare beneficiaries with dementia. Wave 1 data from all NDWS surveys are available for researchers to use for free. Learn more: www.ndws.org
