I've heard about taking Magnesium. I'll have to schedule an appointment with my doctor.

Matt Crawford @ndstmatt.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

Once you post an image online you lose control what happens to it. Your pic is likely to be downloaded and reposted somewhere else. I've accepted this fate. More importantly I embraced nudity & am ok with being seen nude. #nudist #normalizenudity

Finally off work until Sunday night. Legs sore as hell as usual. Need to figure out how to fight off these constant leg cramps. Honestly probably just need to drink more water.

I already have. It's this photo.

Apparently Naturist Hub considers one of my nudist photos to be sexual due to "spread legs" but they aren't even spread in a way that would be deemed sexual. Ugh.

Making new plans to re-visit Haulover again in the future. Also would like to visit Lake Como and more nudist places in the near future. If you're not a creep & interested in meeting me or offering me a place to crash. Please reach out. #florida #nudist #normalizenudity

Another amazing shot from Haulover beach area in Miami. Florida is such a beautiful state, shame the traffic totally sucks in Miami. #Miami #florida #vacation #miamiflorida

My only regret from visiting Miami, FL is I didn't take more time to do photography. As much as I enjoy #nudism, I also really enjoy #photography. Next time I know what to do differently even if that means I need to rent my own car to explore on my own. #miami #florida #haulover #drone

#Miami was great. Loved my adventures at #haulover and just chatting/hanging out with other like minded people. Can't wait until I can plan my next trip to #florida.

I absolutely enjoyed my time in florida on my nudist vacation. Wish it didn't have to end tomorrow but I'll plan more nude trips in the near future. Feel free to repost. I don't mind being seen nude. #nudist #normalizenudity #miami #haulover

I simply share my face and all of me because I'm proud of who I am and don't care if people see me nude.

Finally met @martindesnudo.bsky.social after all these years. We were able to enjoy a night together last night at the drum circle event at Sunsport Gardens. Really enjoyed myself and got to make some new nudist friends. #nudism #florida #clothesfree #NormalizingNudity

Tonight was really special because a longtime online nudist friend, Matt ndstmatt.bsky.social, and I got to meet in person and drive up together to Sunsport Gardens Family Nudist Resort. We came with our good friend Knox @knoxville26.bsky.social, a legend at the best nudist events on the East Coast.

Temps are dropping in Iowa. Down to 64 today and in the 50s at night. Next week the high during the day is only in the 50s. #Winter coming early to #Iowa?

Matt Crawford @ndstmatt.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Considered bringing one of my DSLRs with me to Miami but likely won't. Just seems unnecessary when I won't really be doing much tourist stuff other than visiting nude beaches. #unashamed #nudist #NormalizingNudity

Current plans on my Miami, FL trip. Keep in mind plans aren't set in stone so watch this space for updates if interested. #miami #miamifl #florida Yeah it's AI. I tried to design one myself and my skills suck. I need to work on that.

Don't think I updated you all. My truck is fixed and ready to go. I booked a hotel for 9/29 in Des Moines before my trip so I can stay by the airport and am not driving up early in the morning on the 30th.

Matt Crawford @ndstmatt.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

I'm confident about my body, who I am as a person and who I desire to become in the future. I've never felt more free and I think my photos show that. Being seen nude isn't a concern. Free free to repost. #unashamed #nudist #NormalizingNudity

Some people spend their entire lives protecting who is allowed to see them nude. Me, I'm over here just not giving a shit because it's just skin, it's just a body. Want to know me? Get to know me.. Doesn't matter what's on the outside. #nudist #clothesfree

Matt Crawford of Iowa. Nude and unashamed.

Supposed to fly out to Miami next week and here I am still dicking with my truck. No other way to drive over an hour to the airport. Wasn't able to get it aligned because the shop said there was play in the brand new wheel bearing so I'm replacing it again. Hope to get it aligned Friday.

Matt Crawford @ndstmatt.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

That's crazy when I've seen several accounts with straight up tits being flashed. I did remove all nudist stuff from my instagram and Facebook recently. Decided not to share about it anymore on there.

010

Matt Crawford @ndstmatt.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

I put the new parts on the thing. It's just odd

000

Matt Crawford @ndstmatt.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Yeah I'm not sure what to think at this point.

Matt Crawford @ndstmatt.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Brought truck to alignment shop. They called me claiming wheel bearing noise in the right wheel bearing. I told them the wheel bearings in the front were both replaced and should be good. They asked to keep truck a little longer to look into it more. Let them know I need it back by the 29th.
