Working with the Triangle Tenant Union, organized tenants held an event to share their experience with landlord, DHIC, which collects public subsidies to provide affordable housing, but oversees dangerous mold, chronic understaffing, and systemic disregard for basic safety features.
Tenants gathered in preparation to give remarks, holding signs and with a banner in the background: "Triangle Tenant Union."
