Some members are reporting login issues this morning -- we're currently looking into it. Internet services do not seem to be affected. In the meantime, you can still access your NCF Zimbra email by typing mail.ncf.ca into your URL.

If you are still not connected, try power-cycling your modem by unplugging it for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in again -- even if you previously tried this without success. In the meantime, please do not reset your modem as this could mean you lose your modem configuration and won't be able to automatically reconnect once the network issue is resolved.

Many of our DSL members are currently out of service due to a network issue: apologies. We are looking into it and hope to resolve it as soon as we can. We will keep you posted as we know more.
