American journalism was born out of advocacy. Objectivity became more of a practice in the 1830s (Penny Press) aimed at the masses, including immigrants. Some say it's no such thing as pure objectivity, but subjective/objectivity. One man's crazy person is another's legitimate president.

Question is how do we (the people) fight the Supreme Court. Sue the court (not kidding here), sue justices, demand impeachment, push journalists to expose conflicts & collaboration. Some obvious hanky panky going on. Heritage lawyers probably writing a lot of these decisions.
