At Brownhills Canal Festival 2025 we marked the Jam Butty’s final outing before she joined the @nbwakamatandoto.bsky.social crew. Christine had suggested the name of Waka Butty and it was chosen, so this year was an ideal time to perform the official naming ceremony 🍾 #FloatingTraders #UKCanals

Another hot Saturday, but 7 Green & Grounds volunteers and 4 DofE volunteers were hard at work at Tamworth Road Narrows. Wildflowers were left for seed harvesting in a few weeks 🌿, and several passers-by stopped to thank the team for their efforts. #WeDigCanals #Lichfield #UKCanals
