The two approaches need two different source code (if you want to create a publishing environment from the project itself). Mixing the approaches doesn't get us any real value. Using kubernetes or openshift or fabric in production is another area of DevOps and, many many times, needs other people

At this point it seems clear that we need to have two different approaches to a .net aspire project. The first one is related to local development and containers management, the second one to production publishing procedures. The first one needs to be completely independent from the second one.

Could be, but I'm not sure. Have you tried to remove one of them? Sometimes the problem is in CORS and/or HTTPS, the experience in local development is quite different. For a better test you should deploy locally on docker using an alpine image.

Jsinterop errors depend only on developer bugs. My long long experience with Blazor tells me that I must double check my code. And I never went back to the hell of npm !!! Thanks Blazor !

It's enough to rollback the audio driver to a previous version. Last year a similar problem was addressed on my HP pc. It was only a driver issue. I contacted HP and after 1 month an update has been released. In the meantime I used the older driver without any issue. Logging is fundamental

The perfect reply. Steve, probably, works and worked in real life, without too much camera and lights.

Ah! Ok, your use case is perfect for a GPU like that. But, if you think, it's strange that a Mac without a GPU like that works as required for the majority of the video editors. I don't like Apple products for a lot of reasons, but it seems a different approach more than a technical requirement.

For what? Why do you need a 2K bucks GPU?

I've tried and I'm using it in a new project. Really useful when you have intensive data entry pages

Yaml is counterintuitive and every time I read a .yml file I think that is a format from the past, not for the future. ruudvanasseldonk.com/2023/01/11/t...

The yaml document from hell
As a data format, yaml is extremely complicated and it has many footguns. In this post I explain some of those pitfalls by means of an example, and I suggest a few simpler and safer yaml alternatives.

Higher taxes are needed to support those who cannot pay insurance costs. I pay 65% of my income in taxes, but in case my family or my son or my friends or anyone will lose work, the healthcare will be guaranteed. Forever.

Guns? No one I've known in my entire life. The healthcare industry is a problem of controlling and regulation. In Italy we have free public healthcare for everyone, from the diabetes pills to the most complex heart surgery. Does it works? Not always, but in 90% of cases yes.

I feel exactly the opposite. The .net ecosystem and dev env is rock solid. On a new computer I can download and install VS2022 and start working in half an hour (with a good connection). With Blazor and EF Core I can develop and publish an app with dB support from scratch in 1 hour. It works. Ever.

Windows 11 is an absolute first class OS. only macOSX can be compared with it on a desktop/laptop. Linux is a great OS but the desktop versions are years away from Windows 11 and macOSX

Ups. Never without it in any desktop configuration. It saves you from a lot of situations.

Have you tried to use a lower resolution on that monitor? Sometimes a broken monitor works correctly on lower resolution but doesn't at higher.

I've developed some PWA in the past, but actually a MAUI app with Blazor Hybrid is more useful. Cache remains a problem and sometimes IndexedDB gets some headache
