I spend time during the day researching, planning, architecting. Then have a skill document. At the end of the process, the skill creates a Github issue for all features, bugs, fixes etc. While I sleep, an agent goes through the issues. All I do is wake up & check the work.

ABSTRACT
The increasing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in social interactions has transformed how humans experience companionship, communication, and mental well-being. This review examines the psychological impact of AI-driven social interactions, focusing on virtual assistants, AI chatbots, and digital companions. It explores the benefits, risks, and ethical concerns associated with AI companionship. A systematic review methodology was employed, detailing inclusion criteria, databases searched, and analysis techniques. Findings suggest that while AI can offer emotional relief and support, over-reliance may disrupt real-world social bonding. Ethical concerns such as data privacy, emotional manipulation, and regulatory gaps are highlighted. The study underscores the need for balanced AI integration in human socialization. The study also addresses gaps in previous literature by examining AI’s influence on different demographic groups and cultural contexts.

Today an AI agent told me my admin route was safe, but I found that it disabled middleware & replaced w/ Javascript. I asked what happens if someone disables JavaScript? The agent missed the vulnerability🤦🏾‍♀️. LLMs are useful but not infallible. Always verify security yourself.

I rebuilt YNAP from scratch. Next.js frontend + Laravel backend. I want people to have the ease of WordPress without the bloat. Log in, post, done. Less time maintaining code = more time helping you build your site 🚀. I'll test both w/ customers & see what folks like best.

I added a new feature to the mockup macOS app: video upload At 6:30am I told Opus 4.5, "Please add the ability to upload a video." It asked a 2 questions, I clicked 3 buttons, I went back to sleep, and when I woke up everything was finished. This is the new era of coding + personal software!
