I was alive when the Fruitiger Aero aesthetic was prominent - and it wasn't in any way cool. It was similar to how we view Corporate Memphis today - soulless and appeasing a desire for progress. Default Winamp skin, on the other hand, _that_ was where it was at.

When I was a teenager I wrote and tried to film a machinima in Midtown Madness 2 that was something like a cross between Starsky and Hutch and The Sopranos. Fortunately for everyone I never finished it.
