I always sleep really poorly the first two nights after a new tattoo, mental block mostly, because I don't want to roll over and have it stick to the bed. Woke up at like 4:30am after having WEIRD dreams. Already on my 2nd movie of the morning. Wonder how many I can watch in a day. Lol

Honestly, Llorente, Lloris, and Lamela are all ridiculously attractive and the trio are absolutely part of the hot squad (amongst others of) that got me involved in this club. 😂🤣

I also plan to be LOADED UP on Xanax when I go... Having someone else drive me so that I can prepare like that lol I definitely mentioned the anxiety when I made the appointment, but I'll reiterate when I get there, like you say. 🙁

I never used to mind it growing up, but when it came time to make my own appointments I just...never did and then when I realized it could be a problem, it'd been so long and I fell into a mental trap. Hopefully once I go, I'll not overwhelmed by the work I need and can continue the appointments...

That's the WORST. I hate the humiliation factor. I feel like every dentist / hygienist is kind of a secret asshole and makes specific comments to shame you about not coming/not flossing/etc.

Anyway, I finally made the freaking appointment towards the end of this month. I think I might have a cavity and I know I've got tartar build up because I haven't had a cleaning in so long. I would rather go to the gynecologist 10 times than the dentist once. Stupid.

I KNOW the importance, I'm not stupid, but I just... Haven't been in like...... 10-12 years. I KNOW THAT'S BAD. OKAY. I keep procrastinating it because it's going to SUCK, and I know that's only going to make it SUCK WORSE. but that's how ✨ anxiety✨ works.

So. I've always been reaaaaaally good about going to the doctors every year for my check ups.....depending on the doctor.... Eyes, lady bits, and primary care... I have prescriptions I need from all those so like it's necessary that I go. The one I'm really bad about is the Dentist.
