Is ironic to me, from the crew that spends a lot of content space on spoilers that won't be released for months. #mtg

#24 Another signature #mtgalchemy card. And had its day in the sun with some Simic builds that were fairly competitive.

#23 How could I have forgotten Teysa! #mtgalchemy

#22 Must confess, played deck with 80% WR in Mythic rank (added Ancient Vendetta for mirror), but just way too OP and big reason why, in recent seasons, #mtgalchemy player counts dwindled.

#21 Outclassed by much of UR cards that followed, but I loved this card. #mtgalchemy

#19 #mtgalchemy Who doesn't like Dragon decks?

#17 Draw land, draw cards, and it's a Dragon! #mtgalchemy

#16 A better 2 for 1 Solemn Simulacrum for #mtgalchemy.

#11 Another card that aroused a lot of hate. Personally, thought Oracle of the Alpha to be far more derisive. #mtgarena #mtgalchemy

#10 This card terrorized the Alchemy meta for its legal life term. Annoying AF, but still a fun card to play and build around with. #mtgarena #mtgalchemy

#9 Exile a creature, and then cast again, usually in a control shell, for the First Little Pig that exiles a enchantment or artifact. #mtgarena #mtgalchemy

#7 Artifacts, Alchemy style. With Flash and can mimic exiled opponent creature. #mtgarena #mtgalchemy

#6 I did mention I love cards that generate more cards in the deck. #mtgalchemy

#5 Made mythic with a WR deck built around this a few mo back, along with Ketramose, and Improvisational Capstone. Intensity mechanic hard to get right, either 2 good (see Hymn to the Ages) or not good enough. This 1 strikee the right balance, but soon outclassed by OP UR cards #mtgarena #mtgalchemy

#4 Played so many games with this tribal Bat shell, with this, Soothsayer, Three Tree Battalion. Was OP at 2/2, nerf to 1/3 was impactful. #mtgarena #mtgalchemy

#3 Love any mechanic that "conjures" cards into your deck. Again, this one wasn't OP because of the randomness of "top 15 cards" and often your deck got shuffled before the free Sanguine Bond card was drawn. #mtgalchemy #mtgarena

#2 #mtgarena #mtgalchemy Definitely not overpowered but has a special place in my heart. Could really stymie opponent in combo with Three Tree Battalion

All-time favorite #mtgalchemy cards Might be the best #mtg card of all time IMV So much fun, to see what you get on the board & at times the result can be not so favorable. For most of its Alchemy life, decks featuring this were outclassed by other powerful stuff, so it was often tier 2 or below.

7-2 #mtgmsh draft w/boros lots of 4 & 5 win drafts this season, but only 2nd trophy 2 losses due to mana flood & mana screw (though I believe I could have won with a more astute tap of Security Officer) @fireshoes.bsky.social

After 150 games, this season, in #mtgarena standard

000

Naum @nauminous.bsky.social · 09/05/2026

for reference here is the opponent color matchup spread: and that, again, is for 99 games played (bo1) a fairly diverse mix, & surprised more are not playing izzet or jeskai
