He wasn't shot, but this is from the first photos published (before AI was any good, and others simlar were taken by other photographers). He was no doubt cut by flying glass, which was definitely present. Being shot was a hoax, but not completely fabricated out of nothing. Still a lying ass tho.

I know everyone wants him to have faked the PA shooting, but below is what his ear looked like in the photo posted at the time. He was nicked by flying glass, and probably hardly felt it. He's also way too cowardly to let a bullet anywhere near him!

Thanks for being careful about reports; there's a lot of misinformation out there. In this case, though, if you zoom in, the letter before the last "E" in this ship's name is a "D" -- also, I searched the "Safeen Prestige," and this is a (pre-attack) photo, so not the same ship:

This is completely f*cked up and the owner is a POS, but she called ICE soon after they showed up not after the work was done, and the workers lowered the ladder down themselves. Click on the Univision link in the 2nd post and translate it:

I think he's totally capable of it, but that in this case he was just lucky. Zoom in on his ear -- it was clearly nicked by flying glass; in the moment completely painless, but since ears bleed a lot, looked super dramatic. He's terrified of looking weak so stood back up and posed for the crowd.

He was nicked by glass -- very sharp so he hardly felt it, but ears bleed a lot. I don't doubt he'd try anything to get an advantage, but the (slight) damage to his ear is obvious. Also in later photos the skin in those areas looks different. Dude is just lucky as f*ck, as usual.

Yes. There's no way a bullet did that little damage, but there's also no doubt that his ear was cut, and they do bleed profusely. The cuts are clearly evident, and later you can see shiny healed skin in the same area. I guess "taking a glass chip for 'Merica" doesn't have the same ring to it...

I agree that they could be referred to as "presumed dead," but to state that they "have been found dead" -- and to show a video of a flag-draped body bag -- is highly misleading and unfair to their families.
