It is just about the time of year for caterpillars. I have also seen lots of trees full of webs from eastern tent caterpillars. I made a few of my favorite native caterpillars out of glass, including monarch, eastern tent caterpillar and a saddleback caterpillar.

Last weekend I had panic attacks that lasted for over 24 hrs. Theres urgent care in the same office as my PCP near my home. I went and was told that the PCP and UC are different insurance networks and UC would not accept mine nor do they accept individual payment so I’d have to leave.
