The second (and permanent) feature is a "timeline" of the standings for each conference over the course of the season - both the order of the standings, and the scale of the point gap. Available for the overall conference standings, and for the wildcard standings.

You can't bulk follow, but you can go through the lists to follow the accounts you want (definitely recommended for the team-specific coverage list), and you can add an entire list as a separate feed with the "Pin to Home" button, where it will show up beside your "Following" feed along the top.
