Parents and they were willing to help me get a refurbished iPad from Apple directly so I’m hoping that will be the end of everything 🙏

Aww that’s so kind of you, thankyou I really appreciate it! I think the hardest part about this is that a new iPad at the very minimum has to be a pro model as I need to be able to open large files for work, otherwise it wouldn’t even be so bad to have to replace it I explained the situation to my

I’m sending my husband in for me tomorrow so 🤞 he is just as anxious as me about confrontation but maybe he’ll have better luck

I know I have some inquiries about characters for sale, and a few personal messages to respond to. My mental health is not great and at the moment I am just trying to focus on being able to get out the door tomorrow

Just wanted to say thankyou so much for the support everyone I really appreciate it, all my traditional slots have sold out and I am picking up a new refurbished iPad directly from Apple tomorrow. Fingers crossed everything is easy from there and I can work as normal again

Nate! 🌈🦔✏️🌱☀️ @natedraws.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

Just an update they told me that they have no idea when the replacement screen could come in and said I could get a partial refund because "they already fixed it once" so that's the situation in I'm now Now I have to sort getting a new one, but I can't even sell my old one because it has a -

I feel like this is just one giant joke and like my iPad is never gonna get fixed. I'm actually like. Loosing my mind a little here. Lol. PLEASE 🙏 Just fix my iPad 🙏 so I can work 🙏

Nate! 🌈🦔✏️🌱☀️ @natedraws.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

I feel like I am going insane, I called the shop to ask what's going on because they told me that the parts would arrive and they'd have my iPad fixed to me on Tuesday and 🥲 the person on the phone just told me they don't know what's going on and would call me back 🥲 that was an HOUR ago 🥲

Also I'm not really in a position to say no so if you wanna try your luck on offering for someone not officially for sale feel free to - keep in mind I'm likely to say no just because my sonas have a lot of sentimental value to me

Nate! 🌈🦔✏️🌱☀️ @natedraws.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

Happy to look at lower offers! Only selling due to financial difficulty so please be reasonable, don't offer £5 for a character that's £25 🙏

I also do not feel comfortable taking donations, especially after having JUST taken them to help with the move. I just want to be able to work and this is what I can do right now

Nate! 🌈🦔✏️🌱☀️ @natedraws.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

won't help me with keeping my account not-empty. I know that this method works for a lot of artists but accepting payment without the work being completed is just not something I'm comfortable with or able to do

something I can do. I don't own a drawing tablet and I don't have any friends / family / people who have one where I live now to work off of theirs. I do not feel comfortable taking payment upfront for digital commissions because that money doesn't belong to me until the work is completed, so it

Nate! 🌈🦔✏️🌱☀️ @natedraws.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

I'm sorry to ask, I've never been in such a bad place and it's solely because I do all my art on my iPad. Traditional is my only option for income while I continue to wait for them to fix it I've had folks ask about me about taking on normal commissions but without my iPad to work from this isn't

In the worst case scenario if anyone has a 2021 iPad Pro or even newer they wanna sell to me or trade in exchange for art 👉👈 Let me know. It can't be a lower generation cause I need to be able to open large files on it & have layers on large files

Was told replacement screen would arrive yesterday & iPad repaired today ( neither have happened ). Last time they said the same thing and I didn't get it repaired until...Friday, so if that happens again it means I've missed out on an entire 2 weeks of being able to work 🥲 Which scares me a lot

Sorry I know I'm cutting down from like 3 streams a week to 1 but I am volunteering now so have less time & also sometimes work on things I can't share : ) I also thought maybe I could do a few game streams scattered in among art ones just for a break every now and again!
