I actually work digitally, I mostly use a drawing tablet so I know what you mean about the texture feeling a little different and dark fantasy is definitely one of my favorite genres to work with too. what do you like most about dark fantasy the darker worlds, the characters or stories themselves???

I can definitely help with this, I’m an illustrator and I work on custom character artwork with detailed backgrounds as well. I can handle all three characters and include the three cats in the background too.. feel free to send me the full references and details and we can discuss everything

I actually translated the whole thing to read it properly and I did because this is such an intense scene... I loved how Raiden remembers his grandfather's advice about using wit instead of just strength in the middle of the fight. Is this part of a longer story????

visuals are probably the hardest to get right since they're so specific in your head.. do you draw them yourself until they match what you imagine or do you go through a lot of versions before it feels right???

basically rebuilding everything from scratch but with more experience now... and naming and languages alone sound like a huge project... do you have a favorite part of this redesign phase so far... like the languages or the visuals??

having eons of time to work with makes it way easier to slot things in wherever they fit... since you're deep into character design right now too are you sketching any of them out visually or is it all still in your head for now???

such a cool way to build a series mixing newer dreams into the main books.. do the dreams usually fit in easily or do you have to work to make them connect???

ahhh I can say... turning your childhood recurring dreams into an epic series is such a unique origin story... so how many books do you have planned total and do you remember which dream became the first one???
