This doc goes where Adolescence barely scratches. I think everyone, especially those who have teenagers kids.
Caught in the Net

It's a film that clearly and objectively shows just how vulnerable teenagers are online. While
"Adolescence" (2025) gets caught up in trivial things like emojis, Caught in the Net focuses on what really matters.

I hope it helps! :)
This diagram, which has a black background, uses a visual metaphor of Swiss cheese slices to explain how multiple COVID-19 prevention strategies work together.

The title is written in mostly in bright yellow and it says:
"Layered Approach is Better"

The subheading written in white says:

"The Swiss Cheese Layered Approach recognizes that no single intervention is perfect. Each mitigation tool has its own holes and flaws. Source control takes collective action."

Visual Layout:

Several yellow Swiss cheese slices are arranged in a row, each representing a different prevention measure.

On the left green coronavirus particles are shown trying to penetrate through the layers. Mice are scurrying around 2 slices in the middle, and on the right there are illustrations of people (from right to left: a woman with a striped orange and red shirt carrying a baby, a man in a blue shirt, a boy with a black shirt with a red symbol in the middle, and an elderly woman in red carrying a white cat). They are wearing masks, and the subtitle says "People of All Ages Need Protection"
A red arrow shows the direction of the approach.

The Prevention Layers (from left to right):
1. Check Wastewater Viral Activity Levels in Your Community
2. Physical Distancing
3. High-quality Masks
4. Ventilation + Filtration and Moving Events Outdoors
5. Isolate + Test when Exposed
6. Primary Series + Updated Vaccines
7. Isolate + Test when Cold Symptoms Present

Bottom Section:
The image includes a legend showing:
- A coronavirus icon labeled "COVID 19"
- A Swiss cheese piece labeled "Preventative Measures"
- A mouse icon labeled "Misinformation Mice"

- Adapted from Ian M. Mackay (virologydownunder.com) and James T. Reason
- Re-designed by @marrrk_art on Instagram
- Logo for "MaskTogetherAmerica" appears in the bottom right. The colors of the logo are as follows: 'Mask' is in white, 'Together' is in red, and America' is in blue".

I am glad I deleted the bird app months ago. I would be very sad if I had kept it.
