Some are simply texture experiments with different filler mediums. I typically use a palette knife to mix and apply everything except the thinnest of glazes, and I keep my palette messy. It lends a lot more texture to the final adventure! Lots of my fav pieces are "I wanted to use up this paint".

One thing you probably can't tell from looking at the scans is that they're almost all mixed with some glitter paint or glitter glue. It definitely has SOME effect on the scan, but you obviously can't see the shimmer like you can IRL.

I love just looking at em. I find them very stimulating/soothing. The irl paintings and the scanned versions both have a different type of appeal, so I'd say I spend a fair amount of time staring at both lol.

I also absolutely cannot do politics on here. the shortform nature lends itself to glib, reactionary statements and disorganised thoughts, rather than something coherently written. it's too heavily built on the twitter formula which relies on simplifying your speech as much as possible.
