You can just plow the fiber in to the fields. It is glass-ie silica, a plant nutrient. They will break up smaller and smaller sections till eventually they are molecule size again. The mines are a problem. Going to be involved cleaning them all up. Should get way more steam built cleaning now

We the United States need to give Ukraine ALL of our old decommissioned Hawk defensive missile batteries and the radars that go with them. We have about 1000 launchers. Enough for each smaller city in Ukraine. We have many many rockets for the launchers. Why pay for those to be destroyed?
