I don't normally post much, but want to tag @lner.co.uk to say I am extremely impressed by the professionalism and information provided by the Train Manager of 1Y14 (06:00 Berwick-upon-Tweed to London King's Cross) following a tragic incident just to the South of Durham just under an hour ago.

As BlueSky has just hit 20mil users, we thought we'd introduce ourselves! We're the Talyllyn Railway - running from Tywyn on the Welsh Coast up into the mountains towards Abergynolwyn & Nant Gwernol. In 1951 we became the World's First Preserved #Railway, starting the Heritage Railway movement!
14th May 1951 - Bill Trinder, one of our founding members, cuts the ribbon infront of the inaugural train of the Talyllyn Railway Preservation Society!No.1 'Tayllyn' at Nant Gwernol Station
