Unfortunately in this instance, they may have an out if the venue has blanket licenses (SESAC, ASCAP, etc.). Now, do said blankets cover Dolly's catalog? Might be worth the estate looking into. I seem to recall not all venues/events are required to have it, but it's been a minute since my IP class.
