I know it's sudden, but unfortunately our adventure has come to an end. Should circumstances change, I'd love to return to streaming in the future, but for now. . . this is goodbye. If you'd like to stay in touch + follow my writing journey then you can find me at @naschawrites.bsky.social.

Black text on white background reads:

Graduation Notice

Hello travelers,

After a lot of thought (and the rather untimely death of my poor computer), I’ve decided that it’s time for me to officially graduate from vtubing.

While I’ve deeply appreciated the time I’ve spent streaming and sharing laughs with all of you, I’ve come to the realization that vtubing just isn’t the right fit for me anymore. Between the community atmosphere and my current tech and financial limitations, I think it’s best to take this as a sign to step back and focus on something that’s been calling to me for a while: my writing.

I would love to return to streaming someday, should circumstances allow and I’m able to get a proper setup again. But for now, this will be my farewell as the vtuber known as Nascha Noctua.

If you’d like to keep in touch or see what I’m working on next, you’re more than welcome to follow me on my writing socials; I’d love to share that journey with you there!

Thank you, sincerely, to everyone who supported me, watched my streams, and made this experience meaningful. I’m grateful for every kind message, laugh, and shared moment along the way.

With love and gratitude,
Nascha Noctua

Effective immediately I am going to be going on an indefinite hiatus from all streaming and social media activities for the sake of my deteriorating mental health. Let's shoot for a January 1st return, okay? Until then: stay questful, travelers!

Hey all! I'm back ish mainly for a request. I'm going to be losing my place here on the 10th. This job I'm at isn't really paying the bills. So I'll be getting a new one and a new place. But if I could get some assistance to tide me over that would be amazing. I love you all. ko-fi.com/kielivanth

Most of my time is spent touching grass. When I'm online, I'm talking to friends, playing TTRPGs or other games, and watching cute animal videos.

I need folks to understand that I've only been online for maybe a year and a half because I spent the years before that being bedridden due to illness. I don't have context for most of the the things y'all are talking about. I am just not in the loop past the year 2017.

Big agree! You've nailed it. There is never going to be a perfect place. Sooner or later something or someone will disappoint. When you play a game of all or nothing, you will almost always lose. It sucks, but I think it's more helpful to focus on the community than on the location.

Hot fucking spit. . . literally cannot have anything in this world 🫠 Considering how much porn I see on Tumblr now, I think maybe they didn't stick with it or they just aren't enforcing it.

For clarity and since folks feel the need to be childish about it: twt is there as a backup in the worst case scenario. I will be using 🦋 until it dies. I do not WANT to leave it. Ask me for clarification before putting words in my mouth and assuming the worst.

Contrary to popular belief, there are only four kinds of bats.

Illustrated image divided into four panels, each showing a head of a bat with a text label. Top left: little guy, a regular looking back with a dark face and light colored fur, top right: little guy deluxe, a bat with a mask and large ears alongside a bat with a leaf shaped nose, bottom left: what is even going on here, a visored bat with a large forehead next to a bat with a large, wrinkly nose, bottom right: o hi doggie, a fruit bat with its tongue sticking out.
