🐈‍⬛🤔 Interesting, interesting Unown plays well into the idea that Nika's powers are largely from her Ancient self. "Unown develop an odd power when multiple of them are together" Nika needs 8 Unown with her to match being 8 times rejoined lol #theUmbralBlade

😄*damages you to heal you* You have to let her meet you halfway for awhile, she's too used to being a DPS lol or, *Finishes a mixture of poison* "Nika, you're supposed to be making health potions!" "Apologies, force of habit..."

Tank🛡️: Dark Knight DPS🗡️: Ninja Healer⚕️: N/A Nika can't heal so she'd just have another DPS job As Ninja she would focus more on bursting down targets one at a time and have a chance to just 1 hit KO. As a Viper she would do more cleave to packs, but weaker overall damage. #theUmbralBlade

Blackmoon - Weapon set VFX commission - For Heroscrub 🌑 This set was a journey on its own! It features different versions/colors of the effects, a starting VFX + a trail effect in movement, which is something I really want to use more in the future. I'm happy with the result!

A little homage to the ninja stealth game Tenchu! Mask and non-mask versions. Sure is one way to get Imperials out of Doma! #shavshots

Low angle shot of Shavri leaping through the air in ninja attire, ninja daggers drawn, down at a surprised Imperial guard. Above the guard's head are three exclaimation points. The bottom left of the screen has UI game elements: a stealth / alertness indicator, a ninpo gauge, and a red life gauge. The bottom right contains a sub-weapon select.

There have been many, many inspirations for Nika over the years regarding her tropes, personality traits, physical appearance, etc. These are just a few that I thought of recently, but I might come back and revise them to capture a broader spectrum or elaborate on each choice later. #theUmbralBlade

A non-exhaustive list of various characters that have helped inspire Nika's creation-- her tropes, personality traits, physical appearance, mannerisms, motivations, color scheme, etc, etc
Listed characters are:

Black Cat and Catwoman, Marvel and DC
Wraith, Apex Legends

Most notably, Nika has three facial scars: one across each cheek and another down her right eye. To Nika, they serve as a reminder of survival; she wears them with a small sense of pride and identity, wholly unbothered by them and uninterested in having them healed away. 1/2 #theUmbralBlade

Nika stands at about 5'8. Her height is attributed to her half-Miqo'te and half-Midlander lineage (her mother being Miqo'te and her father Hyur). For comparison, vanillaNika is max Miqo height at 5'3 and Astra (belongs to @3dsknight) is 4'11. 1/2 #theUmbralBlade
