Like at least those two are normal to progress in. AR2 forces you to play on public servers, take 10 minutes to walk across the map, and hope that no one is going to kill you while youre running around out in the open And DTI is just waiting for 30 minutes just to complete a basic scavenger hunt

Hot take but I didn’t think that the Blade Ball or Chaos Canyon secret badges were that hard The latter literally plays itself if you’re actually struggling And with the former it’s just a skill issue. It took me two tries and that’s only because i got careless in the third phase dying only once

Then later Alphys does the same experiment but due to Gaster doing it first, this time what comes back lacks a soul thus birthing Flowey We’ve seen that Gerson’s dustner seems to still be able to feel love and emotions implying that he has a “soul” so why didn’t the same happen with Flowey?

Ok so like what if Gaster was actually one of the people to write some of the true lab entries revealing that he too did a determination experiment on one of the golden flowers Asriel died on inadvertently making him a dustner who has the “soul” of Asriel. Then he used them as Ralsei for Deltarune

Jevil is Sans - Short Nihilistic Comedian Eram/Knight is actually no one. Hotland doesn’t have a secret/geno boss (outside of arguably So Sorry) so chapter 3 doesn’t have a standard secret boss. However if one wanted to get technical Eram could parallel Muffet and shares attacks with Pink

The only reasonable candidate for the “snowdin chapter” was Mad Mew Mew who despite not being a Geno boss is a secret boss for ut and with hotland and ruins not directly having someone meaning that we’ll get an interesting alternative to the secret boss formula.

Back to the clans thing. This is definitely a continuation of the science clan story arc from FL with the robot snake being there I actually get the vibe that this new girl is a robot herself or something like Sage from Sonic Frontiers. Perhaps some collaborative projects between the two clans

That leaves Pride and either Lust or Envy. The two with question marks could also be wrong especially Jevil who I could realistically be given Pride but that sin is very Gaster coded I don’t think Toby is going to put anything actively suggestive in his work so Lust might be assigned to Pink

DRPlayer and Deltarune Red in general is a love letter all of UTDR fanworks both good and bad so I felt it necessary to reflect that in their design But if it’s any consolation, I won’t be exploring many other more risqué parts after this (sorry blue tongue sans fans)

The second is that it felt very “rouge-esc”. More movement The third (and likely most controversial reason) is that it’s a reference to how Chara’s sprite uses their skin color for their yellow stripe which I believe might be the origin for many of their Fanon designs also having an open stomach

The armor being a two piece might be a controversial decision but it was done for a number of reasons The first is that I didn’t want stripes on the armor. OG Underplayer is a recolor of Chara so they have that single stripe in the middle But I did at least put one at the bottom of the “skirt?”
