Worked on a new color wheel display for my classroom today! The ones I printed last year have faded already so I figured it's time to make some that wont fade as easily! Better yet- they use paint the kids will also be using so it'll be easier for them to get an idea of what to mix to get what!

When I first moved back to the PNW she invited me to the CascadiaFurs mod team, I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with her hosting meets though we both ended up leaving the team. Its hard to come to terms with the fact that I'll never see her again.

Had a very pleasant hike up through McDowell Creek Park to see the various falls yesterday after my grandpa's funeral. We used to go swimming here when I was a kid, and when my dad was young his eagle scout project was to pave the paths with gravel.

These are actually just brown prisma colors! I'm not sure they'll survive the glaze fire yet while being under a clear glaze but they're survived my test run at cone 6 when just on raw clay! They didn't survive on top of clear though 🤔

Theres three different white sprinkle ones! The one on the bowl will be a dark blue glaze with black and brown spots, the one on the plate is white with pink and black chunks, and the mug is going to be a blue/clear with little faded bits of red yellow and blue!
