It's been a bit since last post, mainly because of school and work, and my deteriorating mentality, but I managed to squeeze the time between these Minecraft sessions into one day of drawing something for my favorite season, other than Winter. I tried to create my own background, playing around with the brushes to set that autumn feeling. I have no clue if I achieved that feeling, but as for Nare, he's simply standing in the midst of the cool breeze.

However, I have to based this off from memory because the Instagram post that my past friend sent to me wasn't available anymore. Somehow and somewhere, Nare and Candy appeared in a foreign place where everything seems empty and minimal. Their surroundings are calming yet haunting, making the two stimulated in fright and awe by the unsettling atmosphere. However, the both of them still need to stick together, as they try to find a exit of this place.

Anyways, another real-life and 2D art hybrid type of thing! Ever since I did that drawing featuring a box in the backrooms, I went ahead and find more liminal space photos I've seen on Unsplash, in which all should be royalty-free to use. There are also minor changes for their outfits, and played around with the shadows to make the feeling more authentic to the setting.

I wanted to try out different facial features, and this ended up being one of them. It wasn't supposed to be a full drawing, but oh well, I might as well play around with the brushes' mechanics. She may look a bit derpy, but I would still say that she is indeed attractive (hopefully she doesn't bite off my hand). Otherwise, purple gal! (i think some inspiration might've come from Vylet Pony's sona (i binged listened to most of her catalog (it's pretty freaking fire)))

On the recovery of my art block and depression episodes, I was talking to a peep on Discord as the usual until they wanted many Nare's with different kinds of flavor/variants of him. Eventually, an idea popped up in my head as soon they started listing 5 Gum flavors, hence the inspiration for this crazy drawing to be drawn. I played around with the brushes' settings that allows other kinds of color within its spectrum range to also be drawn with the main, in other words, Hue Jitter was doing most of the cool abstract colors. Nonetheless, this is possibly one of my most complex drawings I have ever drawn so far. (Sadly, their flavors are only mentioned since I couldn't come up with unique names for every Nare variant.)

Continuing through with the edgy content, I present many Nareweebs for you! Well... he looks... conflicted... Well anyways, inspiration took from inabakumori's Lagtrain and my own meltdowns, I used my imposter syndrome as a base to draw how I feel every time it occurs. Okay, being honest, I wasn't really diagnosed officially with this kind of syndrome, but here and there, I will have my bad days here and there, and there are times where I do feel like this for a good couple of hours or days, only until I'll be able to control myself thinking about these feelings again. As for this drawing, I simply wanted to copy and paste many Nares. :3

Be honest though, I thought this would look cooler and darker than my other drawings, but nope! I present the Minty boy when he was still a young human. Obviously, this is heavy inspiration from Made in Abyss, especially his fluffy appearance based on Nanachi. His past life was mostly a blur for him to remember due to the torturous amounts of experiments that was being done towards him, one of which involves his transformation from the depths of the Abyss. There's some backstory for his lore, but for now, let's say that when he's older, he is slowly able to regain his human appearance after experimenting with some relics being secretly embedded onto his body.

I've been wanting to improve his reference for a good while, so why not draw him completely in the new art style I currently have! Now he includes his own custom sweater he mainly wears in public settings, along with his own collar to signify his matching status with Candy. His color palette are still bright and minty as always. 🩵

Similarly with Nare, she also has a sweater and collar to match statuses with him. However, most inspiration with her update is from my good friend, Grinchy, as they helped me redesign what I want her to look like. Her additional items includes her flowy skirt, a cute bowtie hairband, and circular glasses (and a flower pin but I wasn't able to draw it exactly as it was shown in their fanart). She's officially bisexual now, but still willingly love Nare with all of her heart, just like with colorful palette. 💜

This is also a birthday doodle from me, so surprise! It has been a busy time for me between work and school, but I did allow myself to try and draw something special for living two decades on this planet. This was not the original birthday doodle idea either, it was rather more depressing than what it was. Eventually, I decided not to go with something sad, and went with a loving wholesome moment for my two beloved OCs. I truly cherish my creations until the day I die. :D

On the same day when I drew Candy carrying Nare, I decided to draw an early Christmas present for my two fluffy friends. Their socials are shown beside their respective characters in the photo already, but their OCs are named Bubbly (on the left) and Pofu (on the right), and their species are the pofu kind, which is basically fluffy moth creatures. Otherwise, this has recently became a favorite piece that I have drawn so far in this year, and I hope to redraw their characters again in the future. <3

Fluffy bunny has become a Dreamer type. [Doodled on the 3rd-4th of December 2025.]

Inspired from one of my friend's Dreamer OC, I decided to re-imagine my bunny plushie, Aluna, to be part of this kind of species. And to be honest, I might keep her design as this from now on. With her outfit, I tried to follow along with other dreamer's appearances that was shown in the reference, it funnily resembles a bit of a mimiga appearance rather than a bunny outfit. While Aluna is not necessarily a clone of anyone, she will be the main guidance for Nare (and Candy if that is allowed) during their sleep. That doesn't mean Aluna can't be herself anymore, she still has her own individuality, but as mentioned, she is there to (mainly) help Nare (and/or Candy) anytime. Above all, this was a cute idea that I decided to draw... while getting ready for final exams. :D

Otherwise, this idea has been in the back of my mind for a little while, considering that this was supposed to be the moment where my self-insert has finally gotten into a relationship. (spoilers, i'm still single.) However, that possibility will rarely happen to me anytime soon, so I may as well have my OCs be proud with each other's relationship. Anyways, LORE has been delivered on a random Wednesday.

I can't believe this niche and hidden gem of a flash game is about to be 15 years old. [Doodled on the 19th of July 2025.]

While reminiscing the nostalgic past where I used to play flash games on my family's computer, specifically Coolmath Games, there's one I grew up and always love playing. It is called "Fallen From the Moon" where you are a boy sleeping on the moon until it became full, falling down to the ground (with no harm), and you have to click-and-play through the events in order to reach back to the moon safely. From its simplicity from the OST, art style, and game mechanics, I decided: "Why not dedicate a fan art to one of my favorite games?" And so, I did, and I am happy to be able to revisit this niche game for its 15th anniversary! (15 years old... i'm old... TwT)

I was originally gonna be using default art style to draw this one, but I switched to the watercolor brushes since it fits more of the aesthetic of these two are simply enjoying the night scenery. Otherwise, I'm glad to draw this for one of my Discord friends since they were always pretty cool and kind every time I interact with them. On the other hand, I'm just really liking this art style a lot, and I hope to blend them together with my usual default style soon. <3

Inspired from one of my good artist friends when I was watching their Discord stream, I decided to experiment on using other brushes that I can use freely on Ibis Paint. Specifically, I use watercolor brushes to quickly draw Nare, which led to this final product that was completed in less than two hours. It is something I am not used to instantly, but after seeing what I have created, I would not mind doodling more projects using the watercolor brushes.

Nare's Full-Body Reference (Version 1.0)

I tried my best to include anything that was essential to my OC, so there will be more changes for him in the future. Other than that, I'm proud that this closely resembles the ideas for my OC when I first begun drawing, and I might as well create one for Nare since it's almost been a year as well. (Candy will have one in the future, too.)

There's not really a theme throughout these doodles, and it's practically done for fun and practice during my free time. However, I reintroduced some of my old creations, along with a new OC, that haven't been seen in the public yet... and in a way, give these characters an appearance of fresh air. Because of that, I included some fun facts in the "dark mode" version if peeps were interested in learning more about my silly OCs. (Also, this wasn't supposed to be delayed for that long, but a stomach flu has got in the way for me in-between the events as well.)
