SCOTUS thankfully struck down Trump's attempt to end birthright citizenship in a 6-3 vote. This should have been an easy 9-0 decision for anyone who has ever read the Constitution. It requires less than a high school reading level to comprehend. Those 3 justices failed an open book test today.

Trump is now forcing non-immigrant visa holders to apply for green cards from their home countries. If you marry your foreign-born spouse, you can no longer keep them in the U.S. while the application is pending, which can take years. Trump's goal is always to separate families. It's heartbreaking.

Court process is important in the SPLC case. The DOJ claims it has enough evidence to justify a trial, but that does not prove guilt. A grand jury indictment only establishes probable cause, not the truth. And this DOJ has already shown its corrupt slant in justice.

It's hard because both Jasmine Crockett and James Talarico are great, but Crockett is a proven voice of integrity in the Senate against this regime in ways that can't be replaced.
