I watched the SCOTUS argument today. I felt like the Wang did an excellent job. She was concise & well versed in US history cases. Her empathy shined through. Sauer was speed talking w/several ‘I don’t know’ answers & raised his voice in frustrated anger. He repeated himself a lot. My guess 7-2 fail
