🪩Snow Over Streets I Don’t Know 🪩 Written by @missceeembee.bsky.social 🪩 archiveofourown.org/works/737207...

A colorful graphic with a disco theme titled “The rules of reveals!” on a pink shape. The background is light blue with an orange and pink checkered disco ball in the top left corner and a peach checkered floor. The text reads:

Snow Over Streets I Don’t Know
Yoongi put down his clipboard. "Okay. Take off your pants."

"What? No." Namjoon had his belt in a death grip as he skittered away from the smaller man smirking at him from across his desk.

"See?" Yoongi raised a single eyebrow. "It's easy to say no."

Namjoon is the city mage of the magical enclave in Seoul and loves his job - most of the time. He doesn't love the people pounding on his door at all hours or the landlord who forces him to use his magic to solve her plumbing problems or his bosses who want him to reroute magic from Namsam without blowing himself up. He loves his job but he doesn't love the way that it makes him feel tired, so tired that he starts fainting.

Concerned, his friends hire him an assistant: the quiet and infuriating Min Yoongi who questions everything: Namjoon's life, his priorities, his health and his belief that he is unsuited for love.

Little something I've been working on for @namgificexchange.bsky.social #btsfics

“Are you really going to do this?” Yoongi asks when they’ve finally stepped outside, far enough away from prying ears, bewilderment adorned all over his face. *redacted* Yoongi lets out an incredulous laugh but the wide smile on his face gives him away. “What has gotten into you?!”

“Are *we* going to do this, you mean?” Namjoon corrects with a grin he hasn’t managed to wash away from his face. “And yeah, the answer is yes, we surely are.” Silently, Namjoon surveys Yoongi who has stayed by his side, both literally and figuratively, and presents his counterquestion. “What’s happened to my voice of reason, I could ask in turn?”

“He must have died on the way here,” Yoongi answers laconically but his smile hasn’t faded one bit, the playful glint in his eyes matching that of Namjoon’s. “Anyway, this is *highly* inappropriate behavior,” Yoongi chides Namjoon with a pointed finger, but he’s unable to hide the amusement in his voice.

“Oh, come on, we both know you’re going to love it!” Namjoon laughs and wraps his hands around Yoongi‘s waist. “When have I ever done something you wouldn’t like?”

“I could come up with a thing or two…” Yoongi hums rather contemplatively, making Namjoon whine.

“Ah, *hyung*…”

“What, should I declare my love for you? Thank you for saving me from the cogs of capitalism?” Yoongi’s shoulders are shaking with laughter now.
