Been playing Project Reignition lately. The QuickStep upgrade is so damn OP, it feels like I'm bullying bosses. lol

No public art at the end of August folks, sorry. Things got quite overwhelming last July and I couldn't get quite as much time to make new stuff fast enough.

Welp, now that the Steam Summer Sale's over, might as well share what I got myself while it lasted.

Depends what you're into really. I can suggest mainly platformers, survival horror orrr action games.

There's one more unlockable character but I'm yet to discover who that will be, but I got my guesses.

If you're carrying a weapon with high enough speed stats, both the main character and the unlockable main villain are crazy fun to play as. And the final boss, I legit felt like I was fighting Vergil but in 2D. Dude has several similar moves as well.

I've tested out the Armed With Wings 2017 Remake on my Steam Deck today morning. Technically I've already finished the game on PC already but I was curious how it'd play on the Deck and... Shit man, this game rocks. This game feels so close to a proper CAG, I actually wanna classify it as one.

Aaand y'know what? I'm happy with that purchase. I mainly intended to get it so I could have something to game on while far from home as well as keep myself off my phone, cuz it was getting pretty boring to use it now. Already tested a couple games on it too.

I completely forgot to share the news. I actually bought a Steam Deck recently. ... Unfortunately had to pay extra due to component shortages (fuck AI), so yeah, I kinda caved in to FOMO, but honestly. Best to bite the bullet and pay now instead of suffer another shortage and an even bigger price.

I think I'm gonna start being more active here. Mainly chatting about things I've experienced or stuff I enjoy. Outside of posting art. I've reached that point in life where I no longer feel like I'm under constant pressure from lack of engagement. That last Bayo post was fun to talk about.

I think "I'm not putting a chainsaw on your arm" was a reference to something as well, but I'm not so sure what to tbh.

Ooooh I in comparison absolutely adore these kinds of games. Really makes me sad we're almost never getting these much anymore. ... At least the indie and AA scene tries to bring them back somehow.
