Woke up cause i couldnt breathe and my head was pounding. so i took some meds. gonna wait til wife (on call til 730) is called out then im gonna hopefully sleep again. we'll see if this sinus pressure lessens. thankfdlly just feels like a cold.

well our twins were premie a month... that was a challenge. Waking us and them every 3 hours for feeding. that was a month or two... maybe longer. but beyond that... i got lucky
