Allen Wu @nalkpas.bsky.social · 28/08/2025The decks definitely have flaws (plus Amulet + Summer Bloom was just legal) but the flaws are charming. I'd recommend trying the format, especially if you've never played. I researched some representative and balanced lists, if you want a starting point: moxfield.com/bookmarks/d6...moxfield.comMoxfield — MTG Deck BuilderMoxfield is a deck-building website for Magic: The Gathering® 100
Allen Wu @nalkpas.bsky.social · 28/08/2025I put together a box of 2014 Modern decks recently and playing them has been a lot of fun. 2014 was when I was just getting into competitive Magic and I was happy to find that the gameplay was as good as I remembered. 140
Allen Wu @nalkpas.bsky.social · 17/08/2025I had the same issue. Kind of an insane amount of equity to lose to a bug. 020
Allen Wu @nalkpas.bsky.social · 19/06/2025Playing UR at PT Vegas, like most people. Reverse-innovation of 0 Vivi, which is maybe crazy, but it didn't seem good in mirrors to me. moxfield.com/decks/Qdw-12...moxfield.comPT Vegas UR - StandardA deck created using Moxfield. 2122

Allen Wu @nalkpas.bsky.social · 06/05/2025Finished 9-6 at RC Minneapolis last weekend. Not my favorite standard format, but it was a fun weekend seeing friends. I played UR, which feels oppressively good but maybe has enough cracks in its armor. moxfield.com/decks/lAAAp_... 030
Allen Wu @nalkpas.bsky.social · 24/04/2025I played Belcher last weekend at MXP Santa Clara to a 5-3 finish, missing day 2. A bit disappointing, but I wasn't too invested. I got the list and physical deck from @pg8.bsky.social and it felt great. I only wish I'd played more Unable to Scream, probably 4. moxfield.com/decks/eER0h6... 081
