Just booked another batch of sessions with @OquilaThrive which I’m really enjoying. We often adapt as she spots another part of me that needs attention and she modifies the class to accommodate. Amazing day in Eskdale; 13km and 1000m elevation; 8km of which naked. Clothes stowed, hiking, scrambling, dipping, and only saw 6 people the whole day. Love going off-piste in the Lakes; such an amazing playground.

Stayed low today and managed to be naked for half of my 12km hike. Explored some old mining works, couple of dips, and a picnic before heading back to chill at the campsite. Love the Lake District!

Been out for a bimble in the hills today. Didn’t manage as much naked as I’d have liked as it was busy. I had to do a naked selfie on Great Cockup (I kid you not non-UK people) and managed 1100m or so between Knott and Great Sca Fell so that’s 3 naked Wainwrights to my list. (6 in total today).

Hit upon a wonderful farm site in the Cotswolds this weekend. Not clothing optional but they’re re-wooding some of the adjacent fields and you’re free to wander round. I’ve had the place to myself and had a wonderful 45 minutes naked wander. 👍🏻

As I’m grounded from running atm it was time for a nice 12km walk. Nice to spend a good 20 minutes or so wandering around a bluebell wood like this. Cold wind but tolerable. 👍🏻

Back from physio (with some suitably subtle tape!). Been banned from running for the time being as it’s inflaming the nerves in my shoulder which is frustrating. Fast walks and yoga for the time being.

Margot wasn’t very impressed with my lack of flexibility! A very gentle yoga session combined with my physio exercises - a bit ouchy tbh! Also a future reminder not to fall into bad habits - look at that belly! 🫣 Winter hasn’t been kind. I will get back to where I want to be. 👍🏻
