I've been very anxious to get involved in speedrun subcommunities lately. Part of it is that I do get ladder anxiety even in speedrunning but I'm also weary from all the melodrama over the years. Even YTGV which was relatively Extremely Chill had a guy fake his own death to see how people respond.

I've had this issue with mine where it really struggles to turn on, but once it is on it works perfectly fine. I'm pretty certain that it has to do something with a faulty hinge sensor.

Additionally, it's weirder with Reignited because none of those people will be the first person to do any of that. Any excitement around world firsts is largely facilitated by nobody knowing the optimal way to get there to begin with. It feels disingenuous, like desperation to generate hype
