#Housing starts fell 2.6% in August to an annual pace of 1.275 million, 1.2% lower than a year ago. Single-family home starts, however, grew 7.6% to an annual rate of 853,000, 5.2% higher than a year ago. Home building permits also slipped modestly last month. #realestate
