A little metal spiderling made of what looks like brass and light blue glass totters toward Sette. "Hrm." She kneels down and scoops it up. "You weave that gozzy trap? Wonder why they left ya behind. Pymarics ain;t cheap." As if to answer that, it malfunctions and plops back onto her hands. "... oh."

A small boy pleads with a colossal metal and earthly-fleshen humanoid to just behave before his father gets mad. Uaid instead uses a tree to protct himself from the rain and upsets the residences of the arbor. "Papa TOLD you that trees ARE NOT THE SAME as umbrellas! He's already cross, better put it back!" he pleads. The little critter tenants do the same, albeit a bit more angrily.

Her steed is a huge dog and that is so much more badass than if it was a horse. Look at him, he loves his job so much while she's up there being a badass. "Why aren't you in there?! It can't hurt you! These flames are spectral! Don't you feel them burning COLD?"

DQB2 lets you rotate objects if you're holding them with the Builder's Gloves, but not if you're just placing them from your inventory. So even then you had to place the block first then pick it back up later :') They def learned a lot from developing DQB2 that they applied to Pokopia

the ONE downside to my vertical mouse is it makes my hand sweatier in the summer because of the increased surface contact....... the almost complete elimination of wrist pain is worth it tho

Five panel comic page. Several soldiers in blue armor are being attacked. They are not doing well.

The Renais General from the first page continues talking across panels of him in combat with a red-armored enemy: "But all that changed this morning when our small border partol caught sight of a group of the Grado Army's advance scouts."

"They attacked without warning, chasing my men back to Ren,na and making it clear that they did not wish for news of their presence within Renais borders to reach King Fado..."

"...Even if that meant slaughtering every last person in this town."

"The presence of these scouts and their reaction to their discovery can mean only one thing--Grado has betrayed us."

"An invasion is imminent and, ashard as it is to fathom, these borders that have not seen war in generations will echo with the sounds of battle in the coming days."

"If Renais is to overcome Grado's inexplicable treachery, this battle in which my men and I have become entangled may be of graver importance than we had first though."

"The defenses guarding the Renais-Grado border have softened after the countless years of peace--it was thought that resources could be spent on more pressing needs than guarding against an invasion that would surely never come."

Narration: "And now... the moment of truth..."

The Renais General clashes swords with his enemy decisively:

"Why has your emperor betrayed Renais?!"

"A war between our nations could lead to nothing but death and annhilation... perhaps for both our peoples!"

"What has driven Emperor Vigarde to this madness?!"

The Grado soldier replies:

"I do not know. Many of my friends are on your land.

"But I am a soldier of Grado and I shall obey my lord's commands..."

The Renais General is momentarily overpowered: "Uhh!"

Grado Soldoer:

"Even unto death!"

Before the Grado soldier can land the killing blow, the Renais General manages to counter and throw the weapon from his enemy's hands.

The Renais general holds a blade to his bested opponent, and turns to one of his subordinates.

"Sir! Victory is ours!"

His men celebrate behind him over defeated Grado troops. "Well done, men!"

Subordinate: "Sir, we await your orders."

Renais General: "Fetch me our swiftest horses and our best riders. We must make haste toward Castle Renais... Hopefully I shall deliver news of Grado's aggression to King Fado before their forces have fully mobilized.

Subordinate: "Yes, Sir."

Narration: "Later"

Two panels of the Renais General and his men galloping on horses to the capital. They stop suddenly, in shock.

"What the-- Halt! Easy!"

"By the Sacred Stones, no... We are too late."

The comic ends there, with the protagonist looking on in shock to something not shown on page.

The first four pages were scanned from issue 202 of Gamepro magazine. This was drawn to advertise The Sacred Stones and I'm pretty sure this comic only exists in English. Uhhhhhh I'm sure I'll think of more useful info in three hours when I am somewhere I can't post lol
