The idea I intentionally reported on Friday so that the FA Mod Bot would automatically ban them is absurd for multiple reasons. One of which being that FA does.not.use.bots. All tickets are handled manually by human volunteer mods. Blaming their ban on automation and bots and not their own actions.

The chain of custody is in my favor because they violated the trade agreement, and the other person followed through on the consequences. I ultimately ended up with the character, they conceded ownership to me, which I have evidence of, then for years afterwards there were no issues while I used

Layovers have been done and used to prove that they were in fact tracing my work, some of which were YCHs and Comms, despite their attempt to hide it by changing minor details. To this day they deny it, but the layovers prove otherwise and staff on multiple sites agreed and removed the images.

No attempt was made to contact me about any issue they had, despite their claims of me ignoring every attempt to reason with them. They never once reached out to me and only traced my work and went after my art then began making legal threats on social media. I sent them a DM but it was ignored.
