Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 02/09/2026Hes not smart enough to get that. Hes defining the word differently. 110
Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 02/09/2026You two have a mismatch in definitions. You're (correctly) looking at historic context. While they're looking at current utility. Yes digital is less. Yes they both went up at the same time, one more than the other. 210
Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 01/09/2026Transitor tvs didnt happen until 1959, years after this commic. Adjusted for inflation, an alarm clock when this came out would be about $65. So I was way off on my price estimate, I expected higher. I can see her buying that for herself, not Nancy. 020
Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 01/09/2026Clockwork like that is expensive and transistors for modern ones were not as mass producable yet. 130
Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 31/08/2026Shipping delays are to be expected, and they dont have any runway when doing 7 sets a year. Its too much too fast for even their suppliers to keep up with. 000

Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 17/08/2026I still go back for 63 pokemon runs every year or so. When I started it took a month. This year was 4 hours. 020
Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 01/08/2026It cost a hundred dollars and 3 days off work for my wife to change her name. And that was just in the traditional "I got married" kind of way. Its rediculous it was that bad for her, I cant imagine how bad it is for people already facing discrimination. 020
Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 17/07/2026Or if you want to see the main ending first then come back in months or years for a similar experience, thats a great way to do it too. 010
Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 17/07/2026Its hard to find info on the DLC without spoilers for if you should get it for the first playthrough or not, so here's the spoiler free description. The DLC is a sub game nearly fully self contained that has the same feel as the main game. If you're loving the game and dont want it to end, get it. 120
Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 13/07/2026The cards were part of the "new player welcome decks" so that make sense to make it part of easy new player quests. 010
Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 13/07/2026Iirc, they didnt release the products that contain these cards in any way on arena, so the quests are the only way to get these cards for non-standard formats without using wildcards. 110

Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 21/06/2026I feel like we'd still have a lot of people who want to do the worst possible jobs so they can tell everyone how much better they are for taking one for the team, and honestly, props to them in this setting, I will give you praise for unclogging sewers and exterminating pests. 220
Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 19/06/2026Honestly, one of my favorite spin offs. Shocking its been 12 years. Its what started my doodling habit. 020

Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 09/06/2026I got to frozen in Kh3 and hated the entire experience. Tried again 5 years later and only made it to toy story. Wild doing that to a sequel when I 100% the first and nearly did again on the second. 000
Nelson @n122333.bsky.social · 08/06/2026I dont know how or why bluesky decided I was a bird person, but I'm really enjoying all the bird pictures, so here's two house finches from this week. 000
