I knew that one day we might have to watch as capitalism and greed and bigotry led to a world where powerful men, deserving or not, would burn it all down. What I didn’t expect, and don’t think I could have foreseen, is how incredibly cringe it would all be. I have been prepared for evil, for greed, for cruelty, for injustice – but I did not anticipate that the people in power would also be such huge losers.

Isn’t he, though! I LOVED how they made Banquo such a fully-fleshed out character, someone you fell in love with, so it hurts more when he’s murdered. Reading the play I never gaf about Banquo before. He played him so well (and yes, hot!! 🥵 )

Well, I’ve deleted Twitter off my phone. Been a user for 15 years, have had some lovely interactions on there, and will sorely miss all my fandom moots, but it’s time. Can’t quite bring myself to delete the account but if it’s off my phone, I ain’t going there. End of an era.
