Victims of #TFGBV are protected by laws such as the Constitution of Kenya, the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act as amended in 2025, and the Data Protection Act. These laws give individuals the power to know how their data is collected, processed, and even deleted. -Kirimi Racheal

COURT UPDATE: The High Court has dismissed an application seeking to stay the Presidential Advisors judgment. Justice Mwamuye today dismissed an application by the 21 Presidential Advisors who sought to stay the judgment that declared the creation and staffing of their offices unconstitutional.
