CH1 - Erosion 🕊️ #LGOY #Tartali 1/7 Zhongli let him go with a smile. One for Childe to keep for the long road ahead. "Remember me," was the last thing he asked of him, and the harbinger laughed as if it would be difficult at all. 🔗 archiveofourown.org/works/380964...

Childe reaches upwards towards a falling Zhongli. A quote from Chapter 1 of LGOY says: 🔶 "You remembered." 💧 "How could I forget?"

1-11-25 The Heist 🪙 1/7 Getting Zhongli drunk? Difficult. It took the remains of Childe’s mora pouch to finally put the man under. Getting into Zhongli’s room? Infinitely easier. #foxchi #zhongchili #ZCLRPG

Childe (Rogue) sneaks into Zhongli's (Geomancer) inn room in order to steal his valuables. He peeks into the bedroom just to be sure he's asleep before rooting through the room.

1-6-25 A Chance Meeting 🍺 1/8 Childe liked to think his sixth sense for riches was top notch. And it was practically BUZZING when he spotted the lone geomancer drinking his weight in ale at the back of the tavern. #foxchi #zhongchili #ZCLRPG

A mock screenshot of Zhongli and Childe's first meeting in @heartresonant's RPG AU. Childe, a Foxian Rogue, preys on a lone Geomancer, Zhongli, at a tavern.

[ #GenshinImpact #Tartali💧🔶🔞] Zhongli and Childe have a chance encounter at Wanmin Restaurant - ▶️ 'Tale as Old as Yuletide' ▶️ Part 3 of 7 ▶️ modern au ▶️ inspired by hallmark holiday movies Now publically posted on AO3!

Tale as Old as Yuletide
Genshin Impact
Tartali
Explicit

“Ah, thank you, Miss Xiangling. I know that it’s been awhile since I’ve stepped in, but I had a craving. Please, take your time.”

Childe stops dead. Childe stands there, rooted to the spot, taking in that deep voice from behind him. He knows that voice. He’s dreamed about that voice; thought terrible, filthy things about that voice, the sorts of things that only Celestia is privy to, and gods, he doesn’t like that.

It can’t be him. What would the chances be? Liyue isn’t a small place. There are tons of villages, and landmarks, and even Liyue Harbor alone boasts half a million people.

“Sure thing, Mr. Zhongli,” chirps Xiangling, scooping a heaping pile of… something into a container.

Oh, gods. It’s him. It’s—

Childe turns around before he can stop himself.

[ #GenshinImpact #Tartali 💧 🔶 🔞 ] After an accidental text message, will Zhongli and Childe find love during the holiday season? - ▶️ 'Tale as Old as Yuletide' ▶️ Part 1 of 7 ▶️ modern au ▶️ inspired by hallmark holiday movies ▶️ newly updated and edited Read here on AO3.

“Look, you love me—” starts Childe, but then he stops dead as his phone vibrates a second time. “Ah, hang on.”
Two text messages from an unknown number.

[Unknown Number]: Wishing you a Merry Yuletide, Guizhong. I miss you to the moon and back.

[Unknown Number]: I find myself bereft in your absence.

“Courtesy,” he murmurs. “It’s the least I can do, right? It’s clearly meant for someone they care about. It’d be shitty not to let them know.”

[Childe]: hate to be the bearer of bad news, my dude but u have the wrong number

[ #GenshinImpact #Tartali💧🔶 🔞 ] Zhongli and Childe keep chatting with each other, and maybe it's love. - ▶️ 'Tale as Old as Yuletide' ▶️ Part 2 of 7 ▶️ modern au ▶️ inspired by hallmark holiday movies ▶️ newly updated and edited Read here on Patreon for Early Access for $3.

This is the worst idea. Why is he about to suggest this?

[Childe]: feel free to say no but

[Childe]: wld u rather talk on the phone? ur hands must be sore from all the typing

Three dots appear and then disappear. Childe’s gut curdles, worried that maybe he’s crossed a line. But then his phone rings, the caller ID showing that it’s Zhongli. Childe hesitates, even though he initiated this.

He answers.

“Ah, Childe. I was worried that perhaps you’d changed your mind.”

Oh. Oh. Childe’s mouth goes dry at the sound of Zhongli’s voice. Deep and mellow, an addicting baritone.

Ch 3 of my #tartali A/B/O fic, A Smell Just As Sweet, is up! All I will say for this one is wrist👀 💧 Non-Traditional A/B/O 🔶Alpha/Beta 💧 archiveofourown.org/works/604980...

Childe’s tongue darts from between his lips, lapping at the tender skin of Zhongli’s wrist, and Zhongli inhales sharply, stepping closer. The slip of space between them crackles, and Childe breathes Zhongli in again, letting that afternote of silkflower fill his nose and lungs. It’s subtle, and all the better for it, drawing him in with the promise of more while never becoming overwhelming.

“Childe…” Zhongli murmurs, his voice gritted and low.

“Zhongli, you’re…” Childe flicks his tongue out again, swiping at Zhongli’s pulse point. He can taste the silkflower, too, taste Zhongli’s natural scent beneath that, fresh like dewy rock on a spring morning. It’s intoxicating, not in the head-spinning way that omega scents are, but in a way that’s natural and pure and simply Zhongli, and Childe guides Zhongli’s forearm across his nose, drinking in every inch of his scent.
