My curiosity led me to daytime Amaurot jumpscare

Amaurot during day time, in a "what if" where the city was not submerged underwater.

shinryu ex/unreal is an interesting way to do double autos, its a "highest aggro + tank (who isnt highest aggro, if one exists)" mix rather than one or the other, and it means if one tank dies, the remaining tank just gets double autos. at extreme difficulty thats easily recoverable

mildly entertained by watching the bonus maintenence bits. got to see world status viewer downtime before full lodestone downtime, and they added emergency maintenence to the online store

yknow, i find it so interesting how people will complain so much about post-dt and how it has "nothing" to do, off the heels of post-ew. post-ew, whose audience is people who log in once per patch and ultimate raiders. if occult crescent is bad, what are your thoughts on island sanctuary.

last expansion there were 3 liveletters between fanfest and dawntrail, but there was a good 6 month gap. with that cut in half for evercold i suspect theyre cutting out the first liveletter and anything that would be in it (mostly misc changes) will just be at fanfest

Quick drawing of something I really enjoy.

Me coming home and greeting Brioche (a cat sleeping on a rolly cart) by saying "Brioche I'm home!"
He sits up and you can see the left side of his soft round head is concave from where it's been squished against a pillow for several hours.

Ground Effect xkcd.com/3305/

Comic. [Two people flailing high in the air. Three people on the ground running ahead of them. Arrows and a dotted line indicate that this second group is within roughly one body length of the surface.] [caption] The “ground effect” explains why sprinters can run most efficiently if they stay within roughly one body length of the surface.

imo the post-merge cwls is the worst (ie absolute minimum) implementation. jp/na have their max capacity quartered and eu has it halved, and all without increasing the member cap. ideally instead of forcing you to truncate to 8 shells out of potentially 24, youd be able to set 8 active ones

finished 7.56, looking very forward to evercold. i put off my xc2 replay for so long that it came for me instead (its literally just because i cant stand the gacha part, rest of the game was a lot of fun)

prologue/early cai kinda reminds me of witchspring r hard difficulty in that i kinda forget that im on that difficulty bc the game feels intended to be played there. we will see how this scales into later chapters and the non-shounen protag though
