Haven’t slept in a while, so it’s time to yell into my personal digital void! I think D&D very desperately needs a creature type for outsiders from planes that are neutrally aligned in respect to good and evil. I don’t care that it would apply to 3 whole things, Rilmani should NOT be celestials.

Ok so about that other reason why nothing has been accomplished lately- I found a really nice map of Toril, which I’m remaking by hand, in three different art programs. This is just the original map, cut into 81 sections, so that I can actually work on it. I’m trapped in a hell of my own making.

Figured out how to apply stabilization to a new brush I downloaded, so now literally all of the references are getting redone with improved anatomy and fancy new lineart. If Remembered Realms content seems like it’s taking forever to release, this is about half the reason.

The Paraii/Visilights have been continuously done dirty, to the point where their existence has been completely erased in modern editions of D&D. I suppose it’s now my job to correct this injustice, with a little extra flavor, of course. As usual, the 3e writing just doesn’t sit well with me.

Pink Dragons have some pretty misogynistic ideas at the core of their concept (I.e. pink is a delicate and girly color, therefore the Pink Dragon is fundamentally unserious), but I am in love with their unique breath weapon, and I wish WotC did more stuff like that nowadays.
