Started reading the #colorpurple tonight, I never realized how vulgar this book is right away like hot damn right away on page one. Slow it down ma’am. I have never read the book nor watched the movie so far I’m liking it. I have a feeling we are supposed to hate “Mister” so that’s where I stand 🫡

Made a rant and ramble account, so this will be strictly just book talk and such. Thankyou to all who has put up with my rambles on here. 🥺

Time to clean up the kitchen, catch up on dishes. As my family says being a woman this is my role. Everytime they say this- my eye twitches and I just wanna snap and go off. I’m surrounded in my family with republicans ofc supporting trump. I’m disgusted. I wish my family had the same views as me.

Part of me wonders am I always gonna be fucked up? After my abuser shit.. it’s almost like between my grief and my trauma from my abuser.. I’m so fixated on my pain, like is this even counted as living? 💭

I’m really bored of the same plots and same storylines the only difference is they reword it differently 🙃🙃🙃 I want something new and exciting, that’ll make me not wanna put the book down. I’m so sick of the same tropes! 😤

Man this week I have been spoiled rotten by hubs- he just bought me a brand new living room set. Now he spent $50 bucks on Etsy for my new kindle skin. We still have to go shopping this weekend. Ngl- love getting spoiled, feel so special right now. 🥹 I don’t deserve him at all.
