Perspective: it wasn't a generation gap thing after all. Truth is, there are so many in the "younger generation" that are passionate and are great people. I was skewed a bit being in a locker room of passionless toxicity, where being an edge lord was valued far more than being an actual wrestler.

The healing begins tomorrow. It's hard to get over the sting of failure because you weren't good enough. You question what you did wrong and why you were seen as substandard compared to who got all the spotlight. It makes you question if what you do, really, truly matters.
